By requesting services, you authorize us to perform the agreed-upon work on your vehicle. Additional repairs discovered during service will require your approval before proceeding.

4. Warranties

4.1 Parts and Products

New tires and parts come with manufacturer warranties. Warranty terms vary by manufacturer and product. We will provide warranty information for all products purchased at the time of sale.

4.2 Labor

We stand behind our workmanship. If you experience any issues related to our service, please return to our shop within 30 days for inspection and correction if necessary.

4.3 Limitations

Warranties do not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, neglect, road hazards, or modifications made after service. Normal wear and tear is not covered under any warranty.

5. Vehicle Pickup

Vehicles must be picked up the same day the service is completed. We do not offer vehicle storage at our facility. Any exception to this policy must be arranged directly with the shop owner prior to service completion. Vehicles left without prior agreement may be subject to towing at the owner's expense in accordance with Florida law.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TIRE KING OF MIAMI NO. 2, CORP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
